I'm in two group shows. Here is the info:

Flazh!Alley Art Studio announces the first exhibit from its private collection by twenty-one of the most accomplished artists that have graced our walls and independent pieces collected during our seven years of exhibiting the exciting and eclectic works of these highly talented alumni.

For sale will be paintings, photographs, drawings and furniture as diverse as the various cities the artists come from, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Juneau, Alaska and Greenwich Village, New York.

Although all works are from the studio's collection, a portion of the sale will go to the artist.We believe this exhibit will be a fascinating and significant first in the Flazh!Alley cannon.

The only public reception will be on San Pedro's 1st Thursdays Art Walk Nights, June 2 and July 7, 2011 from 7-11 PM ADULTS ONLY (18 and over) "The Private Collection" can also be seen by appointment.

Manhattan Beach, CA---The Cultural Arts Division of the Manhattan Beach Parks & Recreation Department presents a new exhibition titled Alone in the Moonlight: Portraits of the Muse from June 10 to 29, 2011, at the Creative Arts Center (CAC), 1560 Manhattan Beach Blvd. Gallery hours are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 2-6 p.m., and Saturday 2-6 p.m.  Admission is free.  An opening reception with the artists will be held on Friday, June 10th, 7 – 9 p.m. A special concert, The Muse in Music will take place on June 18th, 7-9 p.m.

Curated by Bondo Wszpolski, Alone in the Moonlight: Portraits of the Muse, is a collection of photographs, each one an interpretation of the Muse. Laura Orr, the subject of the photographs is represented by over two dozen artists, including: Don Adkins, Joelle Adkins, Annie Appel, Bob Barry, Paul Blieden, Amy Cantrell, Ray Carofano, Deidre Davidson, Slobodan Dimitrov, Philip Earl, Bernard Fallon, Pauline Falstrom, Barry Fontenot, DeAnn Jennings, Michael Justice, Gary LeBlanc, Gil Mares, Jim McKinniss, John Middelkoop, Jan Milhomme, Kat Monk, Melinda Moore, Tom Sanders, Beth Shibata, Mark Tanner, Cristy Thom, Nancy Webber, and a painting by Harold Plople.
The Muse in Music is a related, mostly classical music event that features compositions that sprang from the heart, inspired by someone special. Admisssion $10.
